Digitalizacija in spremembe pri delu od doma med in po pandemiji Covida-19: pregled literature : diplomsko delo

Zaradi ukrepov, ki jih je povzročila pandemija covida-19, so podjetja pospešila digitalno transformacijo in prehod na delo od doma, da je lahko poslovanje potekalo čim bolj nemoteno. Namen: Raziskati, kakšne spremembe je na področju digitalizacije in delu od doma prinesla pandemija covida-19. Metode: Uporabljena je bila metoda eksplorativnega pregleda literature, v analizo je vključenih 25 znanstvenih člankov. Rezultati: Nenaden prehod na delo od doma je s seboj prinesel izzive tako za delavce kot tudi za delodajalce. Kljub izzivom so delavci videli v delu od doma več koristi in si želijo te oblike dela tudi v času po končni pandemiji. Podjetja so tudi pospešeno digitalizirala svoje poslovanje, da so lahko najbolje sledila spremenjenim potrebam strank. Zaključek: Pandemija covida-19 je pospešila proces digitalizacije in nenaden prehod na delo od doma, a bi do tega stanja prišli tudi brez nastopa izrednih razmer, le trajalo bi nekoliko dlje in s tem bi se izognili izzivom, ki sta jih prinesli ta nenadnost in nepripravljenost tako delavcev kot tudi delodajalcev.

• Title: Digitalization and changes in remote working during and after COVID-19 pandemic: literature review

Abstract

Because of regulations brought about by the COVID-19 pandemic, enterprises accelerated the digital transformation and the transition to working from home. Purpose: To explore what changes occurred in the area of digitalization and working from home because of the COVID19 pandemic. Method: The scoping literature review method was used and 25 scientific articles were analysed. Results: The sudden transition to working from home has brought about challenges for employees and employers. Despite the challenges, workers saw greater opportunities in working from home and would like to continue this type of work in the postpandemic time. Businesses accelerated the digital transformation so they could meet the changed needs of their customers. Conclusion: The COVID-19 pandemic has accelerated digitalization and the sudden transition to working from home; however, this situation could have occurred even without these extreme measures. It would just have taken more time, but it could have prevented all the challenges and reluctance among employees and employers.
