Abstract
V magistrskem delu smo raziskali pomen umetnosti in kulturno-umetnostne vzgoje v vzgoji in izobraževanju. V literaturi se pedagoški pomen umetnosti utemeljuje na dva načina. Pri prvem je umetnost razumljena kot medij pridobivanja znanja in izkušenj, katerih ne moremo pridobiti na noben drug način in so ključne za celostni razvoj posameznika. Drugi način govori o pomembnih vplivih ukvarjanja z umetnostjo iz pragmatičnega vidika, predvsem o razvoju uporabnih kompetenc oziroma veščin. Pomembno nalogo pri umeščanju umetnosti v šolski sistem ima kulturno-umetnostna vzgoja skupaj s kulturnimi koordinatorji. Pri tem imajo glavno vlogo vzgojno-izobraževalne ustanove, vendar je za uspešno percepcijo umetnosti v proces izobraževanja potrebno vključiti kulturne ustanove, ki posameznika v najbolj pristni obliki seznanijo z umetniško izkušnjo. V magistrskem delu je podrobneje predstavljen muzej kot primer kulturne ustanove, ki se za optimalen razvoj učenca povezuje z vzgojno-izobraževalnimi ustanovami. Najboljše izhodišče kulturno-umetnostne vzgoje je kultura, ki ji učenec pripada, zato smo se v empiričnem delu osredotočili na sodelovanje v lokalnem okolju. Zanimalo nas je predvsem, koliko in na kakšen način sodelujejo osnovne šole in muzeji v Kamniku ter kakšne pozitivne vplive tovrstno sodelovanje prinaša učnemu procesu in učencem. S pomočjo kvalitativne raziskave smo ugotavljali, ali partnerstva med ustanovami pripomorejo k doseganju ciljev kulturno-umetnostne vzgoje. Pri tem smo raziskali vpliv sodelovanja na izvajanje šolskega kurikuluma, na učenčeve kulturne in umetniške zmožnosti, na šolsko kulturo ter na krepitev vezi z lokalno skupnostjo. Izpostavili smo ovire, s katerimi se sodelujoči srečujejo, in ponudili nekaj predlogov za izboljšanje sodelovanja med ustanovami.

Title:
Partnership of Kamnik educational establishment and local cultural communities
Abstract:
The master thesis deals with the importance of art and cultural and artistic education in the process of education. In literature there are two pedagogic concepts concerning the role of art. The first understands art as a medium for gathering knowledge and experience which can not be obtained in any other way and plays the key role in individual's development as a whole. The second concept focuses on important influences when dealing with art from pragmatic point of view, mostly on developing useful competences or skills. When placing art into our school system cultural and artistic education and cultural coordinators play an important role. Educational institutions' influence remains predominant, yet for successful perception of art other cultural institutions must be integrated in the process of education in order to convey an individual the most genuine artistic experience. In the thesis there is a detailed presentation of museum as an example of a cultural institution that combines best with educational institutions to ensure student's most optimal development. Since the best starting point of cultural and artistic education is student's native cultural environment, the empiric part of the thesis deals with partneships locally. Our aim was to establish how and to what extend primary schools and museums really cooperate and how the students and educational process benefit from it. Qualitative research answered the questions whether partnerships among different institutions help achieving goals in cultural and artistic education. The influence of cooperation on school curriculum as well as on students' cultural and artistic abilities, school culture and strengthening bonds within community was researched. At the same time we pointed out some obstacles that participants meet and suggested some possible improvements of partnership among institutions.
