Abstract
V zaključni nalogi je bilo potrebno preveriti življenjsko dobo podpornih kosov, pri vtiskovanju vtičnih spojev na produktu. Ti so bili izdelani iz polioksimetilena. S programskim okoljem ABAQUS smo izvedli statično analizo obremenjevanja kosov in na podlagi rezultatov določili življenjsko dobo pri cikličnem obremenjevanju. Problem smo razdelili na tri vzorce, ki smo jih obravnavali posamično. Prišli smo do ugotovitev, da so pri predvideni obremenitvi notranje napetosti veliko manjše od dopustnih. To pomeni, da se vsi trije vzorci nahajajo v območju trajne dinamične trdnosti.

Title:Static analysis and determination of the lifespan of support pieces in the assembly of snap-fit joints on a product
Abstract:
The objective of the thesis was to assess the lifespan of support elements used in the assembly of snap-fit joints on a product. These elements were made of polyoxymethylene (POM). Using the ABAQUS software, we conducted a static analysis of the loading on the elements and, based on the results, determined their lifespan under cyclic loading. We divided the problem into three samples, which were analyzed individually. We found that the internal stresses under the anticipated load are significantly lower than the allowable limits. This means that all three samples fall within the range of permanent dynamic strength.
