Stičišča - Idejna zasnova univerzitetnega integratorja na Mirju ob Tržaški cesti v Ljubljani

V kontekstu dobe antropocena, v katerem se nahajamo, so ključna prevpraševanja našega odnosa do okolja in našega mesta v njem. Današnji način bivanja v sodobnem svetu se močno razlikuje od načinov bivanja v majhnih skupnostih, v tesni povezavi z okoljem, v katerih smo se razvijali skozi tisočletja. Naša biološka realnost ne sledi hitrosti spreminjanja sveta. Z razvojem tesnih skupnosti v kompleksnejše družbene strukture je družba postala bolj razpršena in manj integrirana, pojavlja se odtujenost – od naravnega okolja, drugih, sebe. Skozi raziskovanje konstruktov naše družbe, analizo referenčnih primerov in tipologij ter načrtovanjem projekta na konkretni lokaciji na Mirju ob Tržaški cesti s konkretno problematiko razpršenega kampusa v Ljubljani naloga raziskuje, na kakšen način je lahko arhitektura gradnik smeri razvoja družbe, kako skozi spremembo tipologije, organizacijo, zasnovo lahko vplivamo na spremembe v socialni strukturi in njenem delovanju.

Abstract

In the context of the Anthropocene era in which we find ourselves, it is crucial to re-examine our relationship with the environment and our place within it. Today’s way of living in the modern world differs greatly from the ways of living in small communities, in close connection with the environment, in which we evolved over millennia. Our biological reality does not keep pace with the rapid changes in the world. As close-knit communities have evolved into more complex social structures, society has become more dispersed and less integrated, leading to disconnection - from the natural environment, from others, and from oneself. Through exploring the constructs of our society, analyzing reference cases and typologies, and designing a project at a specific location in Mirje along Tržaška street, addressing the specific issue of a dispersed campus in Ljubljana, the thesis explores how architecture can be a building block for the direction of societal development, and how through changes in typology, organization, and design, we can influence changes in social structure and its functioning.
