Abstract
Diplomska naloga obravnava različne načine digitalizacije in vidike IKT rešitev ter možnosti implementacije naprednejših programov za spremljavo gradnje, pri čemer se osredotoča na vpeljavo skupnega podatkovnega okolja (ang. common data environment, CDE) v fazah projektiranja in gradnje. V nalogi sem odgovarjal na vprašanje, kako poteka implementacija digitalnega orodja in kakšne so izkušnje uporabnikov. Konkretno sem proučeval implementacijo digitalnega orodja Dalux v pomembnem in informacijsko razvitem podjetju Riko, d.o.o., ki deluje kot inženiring v gradbeništvu. Uporabil sem različne metode dela, in sicer sem sprva uporabil študijo tuje in domače literature. Pri iskanju odgovorov na zastavljena raziskovalna vprašanja sem izvedel delno strukturirane intervjuje z strokovnjaki različnih profilov v izbranem podjetju. V raziskavi sem ugotovil, da je implementacija CDE proces, ki prinaša številne izzive, saj uvedba nove tehnologije prinaša spremembe v obstoječih delovnih procesih. Tako ugotavljam, da je implementacija Daluxa korak v pravo smer, ne reši pa vseh težav in ostaja prostor za nadaljnji razvoj. Pomembno je, da podjetje spodbuja digitalizacijo, pri čemer intervjuvanci izpostavljajo zaznane pozitivne učinke uporabe orodja. Dalux uporabnikom omogoča centraliziran dostop do vseh informacij, integracijo načrtov z informacijskim modeliranjem zgradb (ang. Building information modeling, BIM), učinkovito komunikacijo in sodelovanje ter upravljanje napak. Ugotovitve so za podjetje pomembne za uspešno digitalizacijo. So sporočilo, ki lahko služi kot izhodišče za oblikovanje strategije za implementacije Daluxa bolj sistemsko. Večja raba Daluxa in bogatejše izkušnje uporabnikov so tudi izhodišče za nadaljnjo raziskovanje, npr. primerjavo stopnje digitalizacije (rabe skupnega podatkovnega okolja) med gradbenimi podjetji v Sloveniji ter vpliv le tega na poslovni rezultat.

Title:Experiences with the implementation of the Dalux program at Riko, d.o.o. : graduation thesis
Abstract:
The thesis addresses different ways of digitization, as well as the potential for implementing advanced programs for construction monitoring, focusing on the implementation of a common data environment (CDE) during the design and construction phases. I studied how the implementation of a digital tool takes place and what the user experiences are, studying the implementation of the digital tool Dalux in the technologically advanced company Riko, d.o.o., which specializes in engineering within the construction sector. I employed various methods of work, starting with a review of foreign and domestic literature. I conducted semi-structured interviews with professionals of different profiles within the selected company. In the research, I found that the implementation of CDE is a challenging process, as the introduction of new technology requires changes to existing work processes. Implementation of CDE is a way of digitization, but it does not solve all issues, leaving room for further development. It is important to encourage digitization, with interviewees highlighting the positive effects of using the tool. Dalux enables users centralized access to all information, integration with BIM, efficient communication, and collaboration, and effective erorrs management. The findings of the study can serve as a basis for more systematic implementation of Dalux in the selected company and thus successful digitization. Greater use of Dalux and its users experience can serve as a basis for further research, such as comparing the level of digitization (specifically the use of CDE) among construction companies in Slovenia and its impact on business performance.
