Abstract
Energetsko modeliranje stavb igra pomembno vlogo pri določanju njihove energetske učinkovitosti. V delu primerjamo mesečno in urno metodo energetskega modeliranja na izbrani poslovni stavbi, za katero smo pridobili merjeno rabo energije za ogrevanje in hlajenje prostorov. Za izračun po mesečni metodi uporabimo programsko orodje, izdelano v skladu s pravilnikom o učinkoviti rabi energije, po urni metodi pa program DesignBuilder, ki temelji na simulacijskem orodju EnergyPlus. Ugotovili smo, da sta obe metodi ustrezni za določanje rabe energije za ogrevanje prostorov. Pri določanju rabe energije za hlajenje prostorov se je za ustrezno izkazala le urna metoda. Preučili smo vključitev nočnega prezračevanja za zmanjšanje rabe energije za hlajenje in sončne elektrarne, s katero znižamo strošek električne energije.

Title:Comparison of monthly and hourly calculation methods for predicting energy consumption for heating and cooling of an office building
Abstract:
Building energy modelling plays an important role in determining the energy performance of a building. In this paper, we compare monthly and hourly methods of building energy modeling on a selected office building, for which we were also provided with space heating and cooling energy use measurements. For the monthly method calculations, we use a software tool developed in accordance with the energy efficiency regulations, and for the hourly one, we use DesignBuilder, a software based on the EnergyPlus simulation tool. We found that both methods are suitable for determining space heating energy use. However, only the hourly method was found to be appropriate for determining space cooling energy use. We considered the inclusion of night ventilation to reduce cooling energy use and solar power plant to reduce electricity costs.
