PLANIRANJE PREVOZA NEVARNIH TEKOČIH SNOVI IZ PRISTANIŠČA KOPER PO ŽELEZNICI

Diplomska naloga se osredotoča na planiranje prevoza nevarnih tekočih snovi iz pristanišča Koper po železnici, saj je cilj naloge ponuditi celovit vpogled v kompleksnost in odgovornost, ki spremljata transport nevarnih tekočih snovi. Obravnava ključne izzive in postopke, povezane s transportom nevarnih snovi, pri čemer izpostavlja pomen skladnosti z zakonodajo in varnostnimi standardi. Raziskava vključuje analizo lastnosti nevarnih tekočih snovi ter pravilno rokovanje z njimi, pri čemer se osredotoča na izbiro ustreznih transportnih sredstev. Poudarjena je organizacija prevoza, vključno z infrastrukturo terminala in tveganji, ki se pojavljajo med prevozom. Naloga se dotika tudi ključnih protokolov za varno nakladanje in usposabljanje osebja, ki je odgovorno za obvladovanje nevarnih snovi. Na koncu so predstavljena vprašanja špediterjem, ki osvetljujejo praktične izzive v industriji.

• Title: PLANNING TRANSPORT OF HAZARDOUS LIQUIDS FROM THE PORT OF KOPER BY RAILWAY

Abstract

The diploma focuses on the planning of the transport of hazardous liquid substances from the port of Koper by rail, with the aim of providing a comprehensive insight into the complexity and responsibilities associated with the transport of hazardous liquids. It addresses the main challenges and procedures associated with the transport of hazardous substances and emphasises the importance of compliance with legislation and safety standards. The research includes an analysis of the properties of hazardous liquid substances and their proper handling, with a focus on the selection of the appropriate means of transport. The organisation of the transport is highlighted, including the terminal infrastructure and the risks that occur during transport. It also looks at the key protocols for safe loading and training of personnel responsible for handling hazardous substances. Finally, questions for shippers are provided to highlight the practical challenges in the industry.
