Abstract
V magistrskem delu je predstavljen razvoj bočnega pobiralnega zgrabljalnika po metodi VDI-2225. S pregledom trga in določevanjem zahtevanih specifikacij smo zasnovali različne koncepte in glede na začetne kriterije izbrali najboljšega. Uporabili smo prvine modularne gradnje koncepta in omogočili, da lahko z menjavo priključnega elementa s strojem opravljamo več različnih delovnih nalog. V zaključnem delu so nato predstavljeni analitični preračuni ključnih sestavnih komponent in numerična trdnostna analiza ohišja. S končnim konceptom lahko hitro in učinkovito obdelujemo tudi manjše površine in pridelamo bolj kakovostno krmo kot z obstoječimi rešitvami.

Title:Development of side pick-up merger for reducing dirt contamination and increasing forage quality
Abstract:
The master's thesis presents the development of a pick-up merger according to the VDI-2225 method. By reviewing the market and determining the required specifications, we designed various concepts and selected the best based on certain criteria. We have also developed the possibility of modular construction of the concept and made it possible to perform other work tasks with the machine by changing the connecting element. The assignment then presents the analytical calculations of the key components and the numerical strength analysis of the base construction. With the final concept, we can quickly and efficiently rake also smaller areas and produce better quality feed than with existing solutions.
