Abstract
Diplomska naloga obravnava razvoj sistema, ki omogoča preverjanje dimenzij ploščate žice po obdelovalnem postopku odstranjevanja izolacije. V prvem delu naloge smo se osredotočili na predstavitev statorja sodobnega elektromotorja in njegovih osnovnih sestavnih delov. Nadaljevali smo z opisom proizvodnega procesa izdelave lasnic, t. i. "hairpinov", kar nam je omogočilo, da utemeljimo pomen nadzora dimenzij ploščate žice po obdelovalnem postopku odstranjevanja izolacije. V nadaljevanju naloge smo pregledali različne metode merjenja dimenzij ploščate žice in utemeljili izbiro najprimernejšega merilnega sistema. V praktičnem delu smo najprej predstavili strojno opremo sistema. Nato smo opisali programsko opremo, ki smo jo uporabili pri razvoju sistema. Posebej smo se posvetili predstavitvi funkcij optičnega mikrometra KEYENCE. Na kratko smo opisali protokol PROFINET in programiranje programirljivih logičnih krmilnikov (PLK). V nadaljevanju smo podrobno opisali razvito programsko opremo, sledi še kratko poglavje o projektiranju elektronačrtov in končno testiranje razvite programske opreme.

Title:Automated measuring system for checking flat-wire dimensions
Abstract:
The thesis addresses the development of a system that enables the verification of the dimensions of flat wire after the insulation removal process. In the first part of the thesis, we focused on the presentation of the stator of a modern electric motor and its basic components. We then continued with a description of the manufacturing process of hairpins, which allowed us to justify the importance of controlling the dimensions of flat wire after the insulation removal process. In the following section, we reviewed various methods for measuring the dimensions of flat wire and justified the selection of the most suitable measurement system. In the practical part, we first presented the hardware of the system. Then, we described the software used in the development of the system. Special attention was given to the presentation of the functions of the KEYENCE optical micrometer. We briefly described the PROFINET protocol and the programming of programmable logic controllers (PLCs). In the subsequent section, we provided a detailed description of the developed software, followed by a brief chapter on the design of electrical schematics and the final testing of the developed software.
