Abstract
Sintetiziral sem šest bakrovih(II) spojin 1-6. V vseh primerih sem uporabil adipinsko kislino (C6H10O4 = H2L) ter po en piridinski ligand (1- nikotinamid, 2- izonikotinamid, 3- 2-hidroksipiridin, 4- 3-hidroksipiridin, 5- 4-hidroksipiridin in 6- 2-aminopiridin). Adipinska kislina je dvoprotonska alifatska spojina s formulo COOH(CH2)4COOH. Vse sinteze so potekale v vodi. Nastale spojine sem analiziral s praškovno XRD analizo, a sem našel v CSD bazi podatkov ujemanje le za spojino 1, ki ima formulo {[CuL(C6H6N2O)2](H2O)}n. Ostalim spojinam 2-5 nisem našel znane strukture. IR analiza mi je najbolj pomagala pri ugotavljanju prisotnosti ustreznih vezi, ki jih imajo uporabljene spojine, oziroma ali so te spojine prisotne v izoliranih vzorcih 1-6. Z UV-Vis analizo sem ugotovil, da imajo spojine različne koordinacijske sfere. To se opazi zaradi različnih barv preiskovanih spojin ter razlikami med njihovimi elektronskimi spektri. Prav tako je položaj d-d traku različen pri vzorcih 1-6.

Title:Copper compounds with the anion of adipic acid and pyridine ligands
Abstract:
Six copper(II) compounds 1-6 were synthesized. Adipic acid (C6H10O4 = H2L) and one of the pyridine ligands (1- nicotinamide, 2- isonicotinamide, 3- 2-hydroxypyridine, 4- 3-hydroxypyridine, 5- 4-hydroxypyridine and 6- 2-aminopyridine) were used in all cases. The adipic acide is a diprotic aliphatic compound with the formula COOH(CH2)4COOH. All syntheses took place in water. The isolated compounds were analyzed using X-ray powder diffractio, XRD, though a match in the CSD database was found only for compound 1, having formulae {[CuL (C6H6N2O)2](H2O)}n. No known structures were found for the other compounds 2-5. The IR analysis was most helpful in determining the presence of relevant bonds associated with the starting compounds, or weather these compounds are present in the isolated products 1-6. UV-Vis analysis revealed that the compounds have different coordination spheres. This was noticed by their different colors and the differences in their electronic spectra. As well there are different positions of d-d band in the products 1-6.
