Adria Mobil Group is one of the most successful companies in Slovenia and one of the leading producers of recreational vehicles in Europe. We carried out the analysis of its financial statements and calculated its performance indicators for the period 2015-2022. We also compared the later figures with those of its competitor Knaus Tabbert AG. Adria was already operating successfully on its own by 2017 and recorded higher profits each year. On September 22, 2017, the group was acquired by the French Trigano Group, which played a key role for the start of Adria’s rapid growth, accelerating debt repayment, and boosting profitability. The impact of the COVID-19 pandemic were evident in 2020 and 2021, with revenues initially falling due to a drop in production and sales during lockdowns, followed by a significant increase as restrictions eased. Post-quarantine, consumers sought safer and more isolated travel options, leading to a sharp rise in demand for recreational vehicles. As a result, 2021 was marked by record-breaking sales and profits. However, 2022 proved to be a challenging year for Adria. Material shortages, inflation, and rising energy costs, the negative consequences of COVID-19 and war in Ukraine, hindered the company’s ability to fully meet customer demand. Despite operating efficiently, profits dropped by 29.7% compared to the previous year, and performance indicators declined.
