Abstract
V magistrskem delu sem preučeval tematiko mikroporoznih materialov.

Title:
Preparation of a learning module on the topic of microporous materials
Abstract:
In my master's thesis, I studied the topic of microporous materials. With the help of various sources, I created a learning set that could be added to the revised curriculum for the subject of chemistry in general middle schools. The topic would be included in the optional chemistry program of the third year and would offer teachers the ability to deepen students' knowledge in the field of inorganic chemistry. The prepared learning set contains a theoretical basis, adapted to the level of understanding for general middle schools. This includes an introduction to porosity and microporosity in the world of chemistry as well as a deep dive into the main groups of microporous materials. Crystalline zeolites, zeolite-like substances and metal-organic frameworks as well as amorphous microporous carbons are presented. When compiling the theoretical basis, I considered the principle of triangular triple nature of chemical concepts (Johnstone’s triangle), which is based on connecting the symbolic, submicroscopic and macroscopic levels of concepts. I also equipped the learning set with active participation of students, namely with building of three-dimensional models of zeolites and experimental laboratory work as well as with various computational text tasks and short tasks to check students’ basic and encourage their higher cognitive processes by Bloom’s taxonomy at the end of individual chapters.
