Cilj diplomske naloge je predstaviti pozicijo in dogajanje v Prekmurju in Beltincih ob priključitvi Prekmurja k matičnemu narodu. V ospredje bo postavljeno dogajanje pred priključitvijo h Kraljevini SHS, potek same osvoboditve izpod ogrskega jarma in 17. 8. 1919, prva nedelja po osvoboditvi, ko se je se pri cerkvi Svetega Ladislava v Beltincih vršil slovenski ljudski tabor.

• Title: Prekmurje and Beltinci in the turning point of 1919

Abstract

This bachelor ’s thesis aims to present the position and events in Prekmurje and Beltinci upon the annexation of Prekmurje to the mother nation. In the foreground will be the events before the annexation to the Kingdom of SHS, the course of the actual liberation from the Hungarian domination and the day 17 August 1919, the first Sunday after the liberation, when a Slovenian people's assembly was held at the church of St. Ladislav in Beltinci.
