Predstavitev homogenizatorja in razvoj nosilca za motor na homogenizatorju

Ena od vej izdelkov v podjetju Domel je tudi laboratorijska oprema, v katero spada tudi homogenizator ali kroglični razbijalec. Sam sem se ukvarjal s problemom nosilca na motorju homogenizatorja. Glavni problem, ki se je pri tem pojavljal so bile natezne in tlačne obremenitve, ki so bile prevelike za konstruirani material. Posledično je material pokal in pojavljali so se preveliki pomiki na sami konstrukciji. Ugotovili smo, da vsi štirje nosilci motorja, ki smo jih testirali niso zadostovali zastavljenim kriterijem, za pravilno rešitev se je izkazala nadgradnja oz. izboljšanje stare verzije stebričkov in plošče motorja.

• Title: Introduction of the homogeniser and development of the homogeniser motor mount

Abstract

One of Domel's product lines is laboratory equipment, which includes the homogeniser or ball breaker. I have been working on a problem with the bracket on the homogeniser motor. The main problem encountered was the tensile and compressive loads, which were too high for the material being designed. As a result, the material cracked and excessive offsets occurred on the structure itself. We found that all four motor mounts we tested did not meet the specified criteria. The correct solution turned out to be an upgrade or improvement of the old version of the motor pillars and motor plate.
