Abstract
V magistrski nalogi smo razvili poenostavljen numerični model vodnega hranilnika toplote, ki se ga lahko implementira v simulacijsko orodje daljinskega ogrevanja. Model smo razvili v okolju Python in temelji na predhodnem pregledu obstoječe literature. Model lahko uporabimo za termo-hidravlični popis delovanja hranilnika toplote z notranjo tuljavo. Veljavnost modela smo potrdili z validacijo na podlagi eksperimentalnih podatkov hranilnika iz obstoječe literature. Izvedli smo tudi primer praktične uporabe modela, v katerem smo potrdili, da je model primeren za dimenzioniranje hranilnika v omrežju daljinskega ogrevanja.

Title:Development of a simplified model of a water thermal storage
Abstract:
In this master's thesis, we developed a simplified numerical model of a water thermal storage tank that is suitable for implementation in a district heating simulation tool. The model was developed using Python and is based on a comprehensive review of the existing literature. The model can be used for a thermo-hydraulic analysis of the operation of a heat thermal storage tank with an internal coil. We validated the model's accuracy through comparison with experimental data of the storage tank from the existing literature. Additionally, we conducted a practical application example of the model, confirming its suitability for the dimensioning of thermal storage tanks in district heating networks.
