Abstract
Jeklene varnostne ograje imajo ključno vlogo pri zagotavljanju prometne varnosti. Da pa lahko JVO delujejo kar najbolj optimalno, je njihovo dimenzioniranje izrednega pomena. Pomemben del tega je hkrati načrtovana odpoved vijaka. Zato smo v diplomski nalogi izvedli natezne teste, s pomočjo katerih smo prišli do materialnih lastnosti navojnih palic M6 trdnostnega razreda 4.6. Za merjenje raztezka in spremembe geometrije preizkušanca smo uporabili visoko hitrostno kamero. S pomočjo analize videoposnetka smo sledili želenim točkam navoja in tako prišli do predvidenih vrednosti. Kot končen rezultat nas je zanimala realna napetostno-deformacijska krivulja pri več različnih deformacijskih hitrostih. Tako smo pridobili vpliv hitrosti obremenitve na odziv materiala. Ugotovili smo, da s povečanjem deformacijske hitrosti material prenese večje obremenitve, pretrg pa se zgodi pri večjem raztezku.

Title:Material properties of bolts for fastening steel safety fences
Abstract:
Steel safety fences play a key role in ensuring traffic safety. However, their dimensioning is extremely important for optimizing steel safety fences. The planned failure of the screw is also an important part of this. Therefore, in this thesis, we performed tensile tests, with the help of which we arrived at the material properties of M6 threaded rods of strength class 4.6. A high-speed camera was used to measure the elongation and changes in the geometry of the subject. With the help of video analysis, we followed the desired points of the thread and thus arrived at the desired values. As a final result, we were interested in the true stress-strain curve at several different deformation rates. Thus, we obtained the influence of loading speed on the material's response. By increasing the deformation rate, we found that the material withstands higher loads, and rupture occurs at higher elongation.
