Abstract
To smo primerjali z izmerjeno karakteristiko neposredno z vgrajenim merilnikom pomika krmilnega bata.

Title:Validation of a new dynamic test rig for a hydraulic proportional valve
Abstract:
Power transmission can be carried out in various ways, one of which is hydraulic. The components of hydraulic systems are divided into four groups: primary, executive, control, and other auxiliary components. Several methods are used to control hydraulic components, including hydraulic, mechanical, and electrical. These can be conventional or proportional. For continuous control, proportional valves are very often used, mostly without feedback – meaning without the ability to measure the actual response of the control piston to the input control signal. The actual characteristic of the valve may differ from the one provided by the manufacturer. We developed a test bench for proportional directional valves, for which we experimentally obtained the phase-amplitude characteristic. We compared this with the measured characteristic directly using the built -in displacement sensor of the control piston. The characteristic of the proportional directional valve measured on the test bench is very similar to the one provided in the catalog.
