Abstract
V tem diplomskem delu sem sestavila demonstracijski model z elektromotorskim pogonom, ki vključuje frekvenčni pretvornik Siemens SINAMICS G120, trifazni asinhronski motor in programirljivi logični krmilnik SIMATIC S7-1215 z zaslonom na dotik Siemens TP700 Comfort Panel. Med napravami je bila vzpostavljena mrežna komunikacija preko industrijskega Ethernet protokola - PROFINET. Upravljanje motorja in spreminjanje parametrov je bilo implementirano na dva načina: neposredno preko zaslona frekvenčnega pretvornika ter s pomočjo programirljivega logičnega krmilnika z zaslonom na dotik. Pri slednjem je strojna konfiguracija izvedena v TIA Portalu, kjer je izdelan tudi krmilni program, ki omogoča demonstracijo osnovnih funkcij frekvenčnega pretvornika. V ta namen je bil ustvarjen preprost uporabniški vmesnik na zaslonu na dotik.

Title:Demonstration model of an electric motor drive with a frequency converter and a programmable logic controller
Abstract:
The goal of the thesis was to build a demonstration model with an electric motor drive that includes a variable frequency drive Siemens SINAMICS G120, a three-phase induction motor, and a programmable logic controller SIMATIC S7-1215 with a Siemens TP700 Comfort Panel touchscreen. I established network communication between the devices via the industrial Ethernet protocol - PROFINET. Motor control and parameter configuration were implemented in two ways: directly through the variable frequency drive display and with the help of the programmable logic controller with a touchscreen. In the latter example, the hardware was configured in the TIA Portal. Additionally, I developed a control program that enables the demonstration of the basic functions of the converter. In this sense I created a simple user interface on the touch screen.
