Abstract
V nalogi smo obravnavali preračun rabe energije oskrbovanih stanovanj z energetskim modeliranjem v orodju ArchiCAD. V orodju smo izrisali model stavbe in določili toplotne izgube in dobitke. Preračun je bil izveden preko urne metode, kjer smo uporabili urne klimatske podatke lokacije. Izvedli smo več preračunov, kjer smo določili najprimernejše prezračevanje oskrbovanih stanovanj. ArchiCAD preračun smo preverjali preko PHPP simulacijskega orodja, ki je predstavljal okvirno orientacijo. Na površini strehe smo preučili inštalacijo fotovoltaičnih panelov.

Title:Energy consumption analysis of assisted living apartments using the hourly method with energy modelling in ArchiCAD program
Abstract:
The master's thesis is focused on the energy consumption analysis of assisted living apartments by energy modeling in ArchiCAD. With the software, we created the building model and determined its heat losses and gains. The calculation is performed by the hourly method, where we used the hourly climatic data of our location. The most appropriate ventilation was determined through several calculations. The ArchiCAD calculation was reviewed by PHPP simulation tool, which helped determine accuracy. We examined the possibility of installing the photovoltaic panel on the roof.
