Abstract
V diplomskem delu bodo predstavljene različne vrste elektromotorjev ter njihove zasnove, razlike med krtačnimi in brezkrtačnimi elektromotorji, tehnike navijanja brezkrtačnega elektromotorja in vsi potrebni pripomočki ter parametri in nastavitve, ki so potrebne. Predstavljeno bo tudi, kaj je to polnilni faktor, in kako se ga določi na različne načine. Poudarek bo na izvedbi navitja statorja, vključno s pripravo stroja za navijanje ter programiranjem glavnega programa in podprogramov za navijanje žice okoli polov s pomočjo različnih funkcij navijanja. Vse bo pokazano na konkretnem primeru statorja brezkrtačnega elektromotorja. Na koncu bodo predstavljene ugotovitve in vse težave, ki so se pojavile med navijanjem in so pomembne za delovanje statorja ter posledično sestavljenega elektromotorja.

Title:Development of the stator winding of a brushless electric motor
Abstract:
The thesis will present different types of electric motors and their designs, the differences between brushed and brushless electric motors, the winding techniques of a brushless electric motor and all the necessary tools, as well as the parameters and settings that are needed. It will also explain what the fill factor is and how it is determined. The focus will be on the realization of a stator winding, including the preparation of the winding machine and programming of the main program and sub programs for winding with the help of different functions. Everything will be demonstrated on a specific example of a brushless electric motor stator. At the end, the findings and all the problems encountered during winding process that are important for the operation of the stator and consequently assembled electric motor will be presented.
