Abstract
V zaključnem delu je izvedena kontrola in optimizacija drsnih ležajev medpogonske gredi ekscentrične stiskalnice ILR MPDK 300 v podjetju Unior d.d. Cilj naloge je bil podaljšati življenjsko dobo ležajev brez večjih sprememb stroja. Najprej smo analizirali trenutno stanje geometrije in mazanja puš, izvedli računsko kontrolo ter uvedli spremembe. Rezultate smo nato primerjali v preglednici in predvideli finančne posledice modifikacij. Ugotovili smo, da nam večja poraba maziva z namenom manjše obrabe ležaja na dolgi rok ni rentabilna, saj povečani stroški maziva ne upravičijo pogostejše menjave puš.

Title:Control and optimization of the sliding bearings of the intermediate drive shaft of the eccentric press ILR MPDK 300
Abstract:
The thesis deals with the control and optimization of the sliding bearings of the intermediate drive shaft of the eccentric press ILR MPDK 300 in the company Unior d.d. The aim of the task was to extend the service life of the bearings without major changes to the machine. First, we analyzed the current state of the geometry and the lubrication of the bushings, we carried out a calculation control and introduced changes. We then compared the results in a table and predicted the financial consequences of the modifications. We found that a higher consumption of lubricant with the aim of reducing the wear of the bearings was not profitable for us in the long run, as the increased cost of the lubricant did not justify more frequent replacements of bushings.
