Stanovanjska problematika in skupnost za mlade Kranj

Diplomska naloga obravnava tematiko stanovanjskega problema mladih in zasno- vo soseske za skupnostno bivanje mladih v Kranju. Teoretični del ponuja vpogled v zgodovino skupnostnega bivanja mladih, v družbene vidike sobivanja in statistične podatke o trenutnem stanju mladih glede stanovanjskega vprašanja. V diplomi je predstavljen anketni vprašalnik, preko katerega so predstaljene izkušnje mladih s skupnostnim bivanjem in njihovimi željami glede tega. Urbanistična ureditev je zasnovana tako, da poudarja kreiranje skupnosti, kar se odraža v zasnovi stavb in zunanjih površinah.

• Title: Housing issue and community for young people in Kranj

Abstract

The thesis deals with the topic of the housing problem of young people and the design of a neighborhood for community living of young people in Kranj. The the- oretical part offers an insight into the history of community living of young people, into the social aspects of comunity living and statistical data on the current situ- ation of young people regarding the housing issue. The thesis presents a survey questionnaire, through which the experiences of young people with community living and their wishes in this regard are presented. Urban planning is designed to emphasize the creation of community, which is reflected in the design and pro- gram of buildings and outdoor areas.
