Abstract
V magistrskem delu smo se lotili raziskovanja internega komuniciranja v organizaciji in zavzetosti zaposlenih. Osredotočili smo se na vpliv internega komuniciranja na zavzetost zaposlenih. Za to temo smo se odločili, ker so nas v izbrani organizaciji zanimali stopnja zadovoljstva zaposlenih s posameznimi dimenzijami internega komuniciranja, stopnja zavzetosti zaposlenih in vpliv zadovoljstva z internim komuniciranjem na zavzetost. Magistrsko delo je sestavljeno iz dveh delov. Prvi del je namenjen teoretičnim izhodiščem in je razdeljen na štiri sklope. V prvem sklopu smo predstavili organizacijo in organizacijsko komuniciranje. V drugem sklopu smo se osredotočili na vpliv in pomen internega komuniciranja, s poudarkom na vodenju in na zadovoljstvu zaposlenih z internim komuniciranjem. V tretjem sklopu smo predstavili zavzetost zaposlenih, značilnosti zavzetih in nezavzetih zaposlenih ter dejavnike, ki vplivajo na zavzetost. V četrtem sklopu pa smo predstavili še vpliv internega komuniciranja na zavzetost zaposlenih. V empiričnem delu naloge smo predstavili rezultate in ključne ugotovitve kvantitativne raziskave, ki smo jo naredili v izbrani organizaciji. Ugotovili smo, da so zaposleni z internim komuniciranjem na splošno zadovoljni. Najbolj zadovoljni so s komuniciranjem z vodjo, najmanj pa z neformalnim komuniciranjem. Ugotovili smo, da je stopnja zavzetosti zaposlenih zelo visoka. Zaposleni so najvišjo povprečno vrednost dosegli pri dimenziji predanost, kar pomeni, da so zaposleni predani svojemu delu ter menijo, da jim delo predstavlja izziv in spodbudo. Prav tako smo ugotovili, da zadovoljstvo zaposlenih z internim komuniciranjem pozitivno vpliva na zavzetost zaposlenih. Bolj kot so zaposleni zadovoljni z internim komuniciranjem, višja je njihova zavzetost. Na zavzetost zaposlenih pa najbolj vpliva zadovoljstvo z organizacijskim komuniciranjem, medtem ko zadovoljstvo zaposlenih s povratnimi informacijami ne vpliva na zavzetost.

Title:Internal communication and employee engagement in selected organisation
Abstract:
In the master's thesis, we study internal communication within an organisation and employee engagement. We focused on the impact of internal communication on employee engagement. We selected this topic because we were interested in the level of employee satisfaction with individual dimensions of internal communication, the level of employee engagement and the impact of satisfaction with internal communication on engagement in the selected organisation. The thesis consists of two parts. The first part acts as a theoretical basis and is divided into four chapters. In the first chapter, we presented the organisation and organisational communication. In the second chapter, we focused on the impact and importance of internal communication, with an emphasis on leadership and employee satisfaction with internal communication. In the third chapter, we presented employee engagement, characteristics of engaged and disengaged employees, and factors that influence engagement. Finally, in the fourth chapter, we presented the impact of internal communication on employee engagement. In the empirical part of the thesis, we presented the results and key findings of the quantitative research conducted in the selected organisation. We found that employees are generally satisfied with internal communication. They are most satisfied with communication with their manager, and least with informal communication. We found that the level of employee engagement is very high. The employees achieved the highest average value in the dimension of dedication, which means that they are dedicated to their work and perceive it as challenging and stimulating. We also found that employee satisfaction with internal communication has a positive effect on employee engagement. The more employees are satisfied with internal communication, the higher is their engagement. Finally, we found that satisfaction with organisational communication has the most significant impact on employee engagement, while employee satisfaction with feedback does not impact employee engagement.
