Promocija zdravja v trgovskem podjetju

Abstract
Zdravje je odsotnost bolezni in stanje telesne, duševne in socialne blaginje. Kljub temu, da je promocija zdravja glavno orodje, ki nam pomaga pri doseganju tega cilja na delovnem mestu, je v Republiki Sloveniji in v obravnavanem trgovskem podjetju še vedno premalo uveljavljena. Več vlaganj v promocijo zdravja na delovnem mestu bi prineslo večje zadovoljstvo in povečano produktivnost zaposlenih. Prav tako bi se zmanjšalo število bolniških odsotnosti. Med izdelavo diplomskega dela sem preučil vse pomembne mejnike na področju promocije zdravja na delovnem mestu v Republiki Sloveniji in na svetovni ravni. Pravno podlago na omenjenem področju v Republiki Sloveniji predstavljajo Zakon o varnosti in zdravju pri delu, Nacionalni program varnosti in zdravja pri delu, ter Smernice za promocijo varnosti in zdravja pri delu. Prav tako sem se posvetil različnim področjem promocije zdravja na delovnem mestu ter njihovemu vplivu na zdravstveno stanje in splošno počutje zaposlenih. V ospredje sem postavil zdravo prehrano, gibanje in stres na delovnem mestu. Poleg tega sem preučil tudi vpliv organizacije dela in delovnega časa na zadovoljstvo zaposlenih. Dotaknil sem se uporabe psihoaktivnih snovi na delovnem mestu in predstavil trpinčenje na delovnem mestu. S pomočjo izvedene ankete sem pridobil podatke o stanju v obravnavanem trgovskem podjetju glede zgoraj omenjenih področij promocije zdravja na delovnem mestu. Nato sem izdelal predlog programa promocije zdravja na delovnem mestu za obravnavano trgovsko podjetje. Program sem izdelal s pomočjo priporočil in smernic metode Kliničnega inštituta za medicino dela, prometa in športa. V sklopu programa in na podlagi rezultatov anketnega vprašanja sem podal ukrepe za izboljšanje stanja zdravja in zadovoljstva zaposlenih v obravnavanem trgovskem podjetju.

Title:Health promotion in a trading company
Abstract:
Health is defined as absence of illness and a state of physical, mental and social well-being. Despite health promotion beeing the primary tool to achieve this goal, it is still insufficiently established in the Republic of Slovenia and in the discussed retail company. Increased investment in workplace health promotion would lead to greater employee satisfaction and increased productivity. It would also reduce the number of sick leaves. During the preparation of my thesis, I examined all important milestones in the field of workplace health promotion in the Republic of Slovenia and globally. Legal foundations in this area in the Republic of Slovenia include the Occupational Safety and Health Act, the National Program for Occupational Safety and Health, and the Guidelines for promoting Safety and Health at Work. I also focused on various aspects of workplace health promotion and their impact on the health status and overall well-being of employees. I emphasized healthy nutrition, physical activity and stress in the workplace. Additionaly, I studied the influence of work organisation and working hours on employee satisfaction. I adressed the use of psychoactive substances in the workplace and presented what workplace bullying means. With the help of the conducted survey, I obtained data on the state of health promotion in the discussed reatil company, in relation to the above-mentioned areas of health promotion at the workplace. Based on the survey results, I developed a proposal for a workplace health promotion program for the retail company in question. The program was created following the recommendations and guidelines of the Clinical Institute for Occupational Medicine, Transport and Sports. As part of the program and based on the results of the survey in question, I provided measures to improve the state of health and satisfaction of employees in the retail company in question.
