Priprava micelarne emulzije kanabidiola v vodi

V sklopu diplomskega dela smo pripravili micelarno emulzijo kanabidiola v vodi. Postopek smo nato modificirali za uporabo pri večjih količinah surovin. S pomočjo določanja vsebnosti kanabidiola, testa topnosti in vroče centrifuge smo preverjali ustreznost končne emulzije. Omenjeni testi so potrdili dobro topnost in stabilnost pripravljenih emulzij ter primerno vsebnost kanabidiola v emulzijah.

• Title: Preparation of micellar emulsion of cannabidiol in water

Abstract

As part of the thesis, an emulsion of canabidiol in water was prepared. The manufacturing process was then modified in order to be suitable for use with larger quantities of raw materials. The suitability of the final emulsion was verified with assay of content of canabidiol, solubility test and hot centrifuge. The aforementioned tests confirmed the good solubility and stability of the prepared emulsions, as well as the appropriate cannabidiol content in the emulsions.
