Idejna zasnova vaškega doma s priročnikom za oblikovanje zazidave na območju vasi Trnovca

V zaključnem delu je obravnavano naselje Trnovec. Poskuša se opredeliti razloge za razseljevanje prebivalcev z vidika arhitekture – ali in kaj naselju manjka. Naselje je izbrano zaradi lege v državi, saj leži skoraj na presečišču prometnih osi sever-jug / vzhod-zahod, in zaradi nizke gostote prebivalstva. Oboje daje podlago za domnevo o potencialu rasti. Naselje je polno tradicionalnih arhitekturnih elementov, ki spoštujejo poreklo kraja. Cilj, zastavljen v nalogi, je vsaj omejiti razseljevanje ali, bolje, odkriti in umestiti potrebne krajinske (arhitekturne) elemente za doseganje rasti prebivalstva. S pomočjo ankete, ki je bila opravljena med prebivalci naselja, je bila izluščena skupna želja (potreba) po lokalni trgovini. Preučen je bil objekt, ki se uporablja kot vaški dom, in ugotovljeno je bilo, da so trenutni programi nezadostni glede na njihove želje oziroma potrebe. Po analizi arhitekturnih elementov na izbranih primerih je izdelan priročnik, ki bi ga lahko uporabljali v skladu s 132. členom ZUreP-3 (Uradni list RS, št. 199/2021). Primernost in uporabnost priročnika sta bili preizkušeni na projektni študiji novega vaškega centra.

• Title: A design concept of the Trnovec village community center; with a design guide for countryside development.

Abstract

In the thesis, the settlement of Trnovec is examined. An attempt is made to identify the reasons for the relocation of residents from the architectural perspective – whether and what the settlement lacks. The settlement was chosen due to its location in the country, as it lies almost at the intersection of north-south / east-west traffic axes (roads), and because of its low population density. Both factors support the hypothesis of growth potential. The settlement is full of traditional architectural elements that respect the origin of the place. The goal set in the thesis is to at least limit the dispersal or, better, to identify and implement the necessary landscape (architectural) elements to achieve population growth. With the help of a survey conducted among the residents of the settlement, a common desire (need) for a local store was identified. The building used as a village hall was examined, and it was found that the current programs are insufficient for their desires or needs. After analyzing architectural elements of selected examples, a handbook was created that could be used in accordance with Article 132 of the ZUreP-3 (Official Gazette RS, No. 199/2021). The suitability and usability of the handbook were tested on a project study of the new village center.
