Idejna zasnova objekta z javnim in stanovanjskim programom v Spodnji Šiški

Del degradiranega mesta Ljubljane, ki ne izkorišča svojega potenciala ter velika potreba po stanovanjskih površinah v bližini centra mesta nam narekujeta spremembo namembnosti in oživitev območja. Magistrska naloga se posveča celoviti prenovi degradiranega območja v Spodnji Šiški. Projekt se prilagodi obstoječemu in predvidenemu stavbnemu tkivu, osredotoča se na kvaliteto prostora z obilo zelenih površin in upoštevanjem naravne svetlobe. Javni program z vrtcem v pritličnih etažah, ter stanovanji v višjih etažah omogočajo nove priložnosti za razvoj širšega območja Spodnje Šiške. Garaža v dveh podzemnih etažah pa omogoča rešitev parkiranja na tem območju za nove in obstoječe uporabnike. Idejna zasnova zajema prenovo širšega območja, predvidena parkovna ureditev pa vzpostavi zanemarjene povezave v prostoru. Upoštevana je predvidena širitev Celovške ceste, predvideni projektu po OPPN, vzporedno pa tudi rušitev določenih objektov, ki so v slabem fizičnem stanju in ne ustrezajo današnjim standardom. Rezultat tega je več odprtih prostorov, ki izboljšajo revitalizacijo območja.

• Title: Conceptual design of a building with public and residential program in Spodnja Šiška

Abstract

Part of the degraded city of Ljubljana, which is not exploiting its potential, and the great need for residential areas near the city center dictates a change of purpose and revitalization of the area. The master's thesis is devoted to the comprehensive renovation of the degraded area in Spodnja Šiška. The project adapts to the existing and planned building fabric, focusing on the quality of space with plenty of green areas and the use of natural light. The public program with a kindergarten on the ground floor and apartments on the upper floors make new opportunities for the development of the wider area of ​​Spodnja Šiška. The garage in two underground floors provides a parking solution in this area for new and existing users. The conceptual design includes the renovation of a wider area, and the planned park arrangement establishes neglected connections in the space. The planned widening of Celovška cesta, envisaged by the OPPN project, is taken into account, as well as the demolition of certain buildings, which are in poor physical condition and do not meet today's standards. The result is more open spaces that accelerate the revitalization of the area.
