Abstract
A čeprav nekateri koraki h grajenju bolj sočutnih prostorov zvenijo samoumevno, so pogosto izpuščeni. Projektna študija centra zdravja temelji na ideji vzpostavitve prostora povezovanja in vzorčnega primera pristopa do zasnove zdravstvenega programa v urbanem okolju.

Title:Healing Povšetova - project study of the center for health and nursing hospital in Ljubljana
Abstract:
Based on the chosen location of Povšetova Street 5 in Ljubljana, the present work deals with the theme of healing, focusing not only on the human being but also on architectural space. A hospital is a constantly running machine that must provide a suitable environment for complex processes. The design, therefore, all too often forgets that it is also a space for the usually difficult biopsychosocial processes of the user, thus its fundamental role is to provide support and shelter. The current era of rapid development, both in terms of technology and human consciousness, is increasingly leading us to rethink and make major changes in how we intervene in and build the environment. But while some steps towards constructing more compassionate spaces may sound obvious, they are often overlooked. Addressing the issue of creating healing spaces is multifaceted and requires multidisciplinary collaboration. A house alone is therefore not a solution or a »cure«, but it can be a foundation, a stimulus, and a reminder to actively seek solutions to the many crises (health, environmental, and social...) that we are currently facing. The project study of the Health Center is based on the idea of creating a space of integration and a model example of an approach to the design of a health program in an urban environment.
