Abstract
V diplomski nalogi smo analizirali vpliv dodatka vlaken na lastnosti iverne plošče. V laboratorijskih pogojih smo izdelali enoslojne in trislojne plošče iz industrijskih iveri, katerim smo dodali 0 %, 17 % in 41 % vlaken. Ugotovili smo, da se večina lastnosti ivernih plošč izboljša z dodajanjem vlaken. Gostota plošč se z dodatkom vlaken povečuje, posledica tega so tudi boljše mehanske lastnosti in modul elastičnosti. Najboljšo upogibno trdnost in modul elastičnosti je imela plošča D, ki je vsebovala 41 % vlaken v zunanjem sloju in 17 % vlaken v srednjem sloju. Najmanjši debelinski nabrek je imela plošča A, katera ni vsebovala vlaken, najslabšega pa plošča C z vsebnostjo vlaken 17 % v srednjem sloju. Najmanjšo spremembo mase pri potopitvi v vodo smo ugotovili pri plošči D, največjo pa pri plošči A.

Title:Influence of fiber content on properties of particleboard : B. Sc. thesis
Abstract:
In this work, we analyzed the influence of the addition of fibers on the properties of particle board. In laboratory conditions, we have produced a single-layer and three-layer board from industrial particles, to which we added 0 %, 17 % and 41 % of the fibers. We have found that most of the characteristics of particle board improved by adding fibers. The density of particle boards increases with the addition of fiber, this results in better mechanical properties and modulus of elasticity. The best bending strength and modulus of elasticity had panel D, which contained 41 % of the fibers in the surface layer and 17 % of the fibers in the core layer. The lowest thickness swelling was determined at panel with no fibers while the highest at panelC with a fiber content of 17 % in the core layer. The smallest change in weight by immersion in water was found in panel D and the highest in panel A.
