Abstract
Timsko delo zaradi svoje uspešnosti postaja vedno bolj pogosta organizacija dela. Pri oblikovanju učinkovitih timov pripomorejo tudi timski izobraževani programi. Izdelali smo anketni vprašalnik in ga poslali vodjem mikro in manjših lesnih podjetij. S pomočjo raziskave smo analizirali timsko delo v mikro in manjših lesnih podjetjih ter poznavanje teambuilding programov. Ugotovili smo, da vodje imajo izkušnje s timskim delom, prav tako je v podjetjih že zaznati timsko organiziranost dela. Teambuilding programov so se že udeležili, večina zabavnih programov. Programi so primerni za vse zaposlene. Teambuilding programov bi se v največji meri udeležili, če bi bili namenjeni povečanju učinkovitosti in produktivnosti zaposlenih, reševanju problemov v komunikaciji med zaposlenimi, povečanju pripadnosti podjetja in kot sprostitvi izven delovnega okolja. Na podlagi analize rezultatov smo sestavili primeren teambuilding program, ki bi pripomogel k boljši komunikaciji med zaposlenimi, povečal produktivnost, učinkovitost in pripadnost zaposlenih podjetju, hkrati pa bi bil tudi sproščujoč in zabaven.

Title:Team work and educational teambuilding programs in micro and small wood companies : graduation thesis - university studies
Abstract:
Due to its success, teamwork has become an important part of work organization. When forming efficient teams, teambuilding programmes are of great value. We prepared a questionnaire and sent it to managers of micro and small wood companies. Using the questionnaire, we analysed teamwork in micro and small wood companies and their knowledge about teambuilding programmes. We have concluded that managers of wood companies already have experience with teamwork and work organization in teams is already present in the work process. The employees have already undertaken teambuilding programmes; mostly entertaining programmes. The teambuilding programmes are suitable for all employees. There is substantial interest in teambuilding programmes which stimulate efficiency and productivity, solving problems regarding communication, loyalty and moreover teambuilding is perceived as a form of relaxation outside the working environment. Taking into consideration the analysis of the questionnaire answers, we have formed a suitable teambuilding programme, which would contribute to better employee communication; it would increase productivity, efficiency and employees% affiliation to the company and furthermore it would be relaxing and entertaining.
