Abstract
V diplomski nalogi sem prikazal reorganizacijo proizvodnje v manjšem mizarskem podjetju Kuhinje Erjavec, ki se ukvarja predvsem z izdelavo bivalnega pohištva. Uporabili smo metodo 20 ključev s poudarkom na ključih 1 in 14. Po uvedbi teh dveh ključev smo analizirali izboljšave pri čiščenju in organizaciji delovnih mest, zbiranju koristnih predlogov za izboljšave in učinke na motiviranje zaposlenih. S pomočjo uporabljene metode smo ovrednotili stanje pred in po uvedbi. Analiza stanja po izvedbi delne reorganizacije proizvodnje je pokazala, da je bila uvedba metode 20 ključev v podjetju smiselna in koristna

Title:Reorganization of production in a small woodworking company based on the 20 keys method by implementing keys no. 1 and 14 : graduation thesis - higher professional studies
Abstract:
The thesis discusses reorganization of production in the company Kuhinje Erjavec, a small woodworking business specializing in production of furniture for living spaces. With the goal of reaching greater productivity, the 20 keys method was applied, namely keys no. 1 and 14. Following the implementation of these two methods, we analyzed the improvements in the area of cleaning and workstation organization, changes in terms of gathering of useful suggestions for further improvements, as well as the effects on employee motivation. This analysis allowed us to evaluate the situation before and after the reorganization process. The result showed that partial reorganization of the company's production using the 20 key method was reasonable and efficient
