The thesis discusses reorganization of production in the company Kuhinje Erjavec, a small woodworking business specializing in production of furniture for living spaces. With the goal of reaching greater productivity, the 20 keys method was applied, namely keys no. 1 and 14. Following the implementation of these two methods, we analyzed the improvements in the area of cleaning and workstation organization, changes in terms of gathering of useful suggestions for further improvements, as well as the effects on employee motivation. This analysis allowed us to evaluate the situation before and after the reorganization process.
