Abstract
Zaradi vse večjih zahtev s strani kupcev po kakovosti in skrajšanju dobavnega roka so se v podjetju Alples d.d. odločili za prenovo procesa pakiranja. Cilj diplomskega projekta je bil določitev dejavnikov, ki zmanjšujejo učinkovitost delovnega procesa na pakirni liniji, ter iskanje enostavne in poceni rešitve z uporabo izbranih organizacijskih orodij, ki zagotavljajo vitkost procesa. Slika delovnega dne je pokazala veliko organizacijskih izgub, ki so bile povezane tako s pripravo delovnega mesta kot organizacijo materialnih in informacijskih tokov. Na osnovi teh podatkov smo pripravili predlog številnih tehnoloških in organizacijskih ukrepov za izboljšanje tega stanja. Pokazali smo, da bi se izgube časa zmanjšale za 12 % samo z ureditvijo vmesnega skladišča po metodi kanban, predkontrolo pohištvenih elementov, manjšimi tehnološkimi ukrepi, celostno izvedbo delovnih nalogov in večjo disciplino pri delu.

Title:The renovation of the packaging process og furniture products according to the lean principles : B. Sc. thesis
Abstract:
Due to the ever increasing customers' demands for quality and shortening of delivery time company Alples d.d. decided to renew their packaging process. The aim of the research was to determine the factors which decrease the effectiveness of the work process on the packaging line as well as to find a simple and cost-friendly solution by using organizational tools which enable lean process. The work measurement study of a day showed many organizational losses connected both to preparation of a working place as well as to organization of material and information flow. On the basis of these data we made a proposal concerning technological and organizational measures for improving the situation. We showed that time loss would decrease by 12 % just by setting up an intermediate warehouse using the kanban method, by introducing preliminary inspection, minor technological measures, integrity of work order and improved work discipline.
