Abstract
V diplomskem delu smo predstavili postopek izdelave serijskega orodja za brizganje gume, ki je izdelano iz spodnje, srednje in zgornje oblikovne plošče. Posvetili smo se spodnji oblikovni plošči, za katero smo izdelali programe za CNC-rezkanje gravure in CNC-rezkanje elektrode iz grafita. Naša naloga je bila pripraviti programe in optimirati čase obdelave ter pri tem zagotavljati kakovost površine in predpisane tolerance. Testirali smo različne obdelovalne strategije in za vsak uporabljen rezkar izračunali parametre hitrosti rezkanja in parametre za ohranjanje kakovosti površine. Programe smo pregledali v virtualnem okolju, ki poda možne ostanke, po vseh obdelavah pa smo spodnjo oblikovno ploščo tudi pomerili na 3D-koordinatnem merilnem stroju, ki poda odstopanja od dejanskega 3D-modela.

Title:Analysis of machining strategies influence on quality of tools for rubber injection moulding process
Abstract:
In the thesis, we presented the process of manufacturing a serial tool for rubber injection, which is made from the lower, middle and upper molding plate. We focused on the following design panel for which we developed programs for CNC milling engraving and CNC milling of graphite electrodes. Our task was to prepare programmes and optimize processing times while ensuring surface quality and prescribed tolerances. We tested different machining strategies and calculated the milling speed parameters and parameters for maintaining surface quality for each milling machine used. We examined the programs in a virtual environment, which gives possible residues, and after all the treatments we measured the lower shape plate on a 3D coordinate measuring machine, which gives deviations from the actual 3D model.
