Abstract
V pričujočem delu je najprej predstavljeno ozadje problema in zastavljeni cilji. V teoretičnih izhodiščih so obravnavana različna orodja in metode, ki se uporabljajo v kakovosti za pomoč pri reševanju problemov. Podrobneje je predstavljenih 7 osnovnih orodij kakovosti in potek analize merilnih sistemov. Predstavljena je še tehnologija vročega kovičenja polimerov, ki se uporablja pri obravnavanem izdelku. Reševanje nastalega problema visokega navora prostega teka elektromotrja je temeljilo na metodi 8D. V poglavju metodologija raziskave je predstavljen dejanski potek reševanja problema, ki je temeljil na velikem izmetu elektromotorjev in prejeti reklamaciji iz istega naslova. Opisano je kako smo izboljšali vhodni material narebričenega obroča in potek analize MSA. Predstavljena je zasnova novega izboljšanega merilnega sistema in pripadajoča analiza MSA. Predstavljen je postopek iskanja ključne komponente za trdo vrtenje motorja v prostem teku in implementacija začasnih in trajnih korektivnih ukrepov. Na koncu je prikazana še primerjava izmeta pred ter po sprejetih korektivnih ukrepih.

Title:Decrease of scrap in production of electromotors with use of quality tools
Abstract:
In this master thesis problem background and goals are first presented. In theoretical part numerus tools and methods that are used in quality are described. 7 basic quality tools and analysis of measurement systems are described more detailed. At the end of theoretical part, heat staking technology that is used in our process is described. Problem solving of our problem of high free running torque of electromotor was based on 8D method. In research methodology chapter the actual problem solving is presented. Starting point for making this problem priority to solve was high scrap and reclamation form buyer. Next is presented how we managed to improve incoming knurling bushing quality and MSA analysis of current measuring system. The design of improved measuring system is shown together with associated MSA analysis. The process of finding key component for high free running torque is described, temporary and permanent corrective actions are also presented. At the end of thesis comparison of scrap before and after key component change is shown.
