Abstract
Pri gradnji lesenih enostanovanjskih in večstanovanjskih objektov, poslovnih in stanovanjsko-poslovnih objektov, pri katerih običajno premoščamo le manjše razpetine, se najpogosteje uporabljajo naslednje vrste sistemov gradnje: masivna gradnja, skeletna gradnja in okvirna (panelna) gradnja. Vsak izmed slovenskih proizvajalcev lesenih montažnih hiš uporablja lasten sistem za izvedbo stenskih elementov. Cilj diplomskega projekta je bil primerjati izbrane konstrukcijske sklope sten različnih proizvajalcev in sistemov. Analizirana je bila njihova sestava (izolacija fasade, zunanja obloga, nosilna konstrukcija, parna ovira/obloga, izolacija na notranji strani, finalna obloga) in opredeljene njihove lastnosti: toplotna prehodnost, zvočna izolativnost, požarna odpornost, temperaturni zamik. Glede na to, da poznamo več konceptov energijsko varčne gradnje (nizkoenergijska, dobra nizkoenergijska, pasivna,) so primerjave konstrukcijskih sklopov sten tudi ustrezno rangirane.

Title:Wall constructions by Slovenian timber building manufacturers : B. Sc. thesis
Abstract:
In the construction of wooden single-family residential units and multi-storey apartment buildings, office buildings, and mixed-use developments, where we usually bridge only minor spans, the following types of construction systems are most frequently used: solid timber constructions, timber frame and wood panel. Each Slovenian manufacturer of wooden prefabricated houses uses their own system for the execution of wall elements. The objective of the thesis was to compare the selected wall construction assemblies of various manufacturers and systems. We have analysed their composition (façade insulation, exterior cladding, load-bearing construction, vapour barrier, internal insulation, final cladding) and defined their characteristics: thermal conductivity, soundproofing, fire resistance, temperature shift. Taking into consideration several known energy-efficient construction concepts (low-energy, good low-energy, passive), the comparisons of construction assemblies have also been appropriately ranked.
