Abstract
Diplomsko delo obravnava pomen usvajanja prevoznih sredstev v prvem starostnem obdobju v povezavi s prometno vzgojo v poznejšem otrokovem obdobju. V teoretičnem delu diplomskega dela se nahaja opredelitev področij otrokovega razvoja v prvem starostnem obdobju. Nadaljuje se z definiranjem tehnike in tehnologije, ki vključuje povezavo tehnike z dejavnostmi v vrtcu, opredelitev prometa in prevoznih sredstev, prometno vzgojo otroka ter primer dejavnosti o prevoznih sredstvih. V drugem delu diplomskega dela je s pomočjo anketnega vprašalnika izvedena raziskava o mnenju in izkušnjah strokovnih delavcev o prometni vzgoji v vrtcu. S tem smo želeli spoznati načine, ki jih vzgojitelji uporabljajo pri usvajanju prevoznih sredstev v prvem starostnem obdobju. Empirični del vsebuje tudi načrt, izvedbo in refleksijo petih dejavnostih ter opazovalni formular. Te se navezujejo na prevozna sredstva z namenom ugotoviti, za katera prevozna sredstva otroci kažejo največ zanimanja in katera najbolj poznajo. Glede na anketni vprašalnik in izvedene dejavnosti z otroki kaže, da je pomembno, da se z otroki v prvem starostnem obdobju obravnavajo prevozna sredstva. Poleg tega je razvidno, da otroke tema izredno zanima in je zato dobra odskočna deska za nadaljnje učenje (prometna vzgoja). Prednost diplomskega dela je v prvi vrsti nabor petih dejavnosti, povezanih s prevoznimi sredstvi v prvem starostnem obdobju. Druga pozitivna stvar je v teoretični obravnavi prometne vzgoje, ki je za vrtec zelo pomembna, kot tretjo večjo prednost pa bi omenila velik spekter mnenj vzgojiteljic. Delo bo koristilo predvsem pedagoškim delavcem, ki bi z otroki radi spoznavali prevozna sredstva, jih izdelovali in se o njih učili.

Abstract:
Transport Means as a Primary Element for the Traffic Education of Children Aged 1-3 Years The work deals with the importance of the adoption of means of transport in the first age period in connection with traffic education in the child's later period. In the theoretical part of the thesis there is a definition of the areas of child development in the first age period. It continues with the definition of technique and technologies, which includes the connection with the technique of activities in kindergarten, the definition of traffic and means of transport for the child, traffic education and an example of an activity on means of transport. In the second part of the thesis, a survey was carried out on the opinions and experiences of professional workers on traffic education in kindergarten with the help of a questionnaire. With this, the desire was to find out about the methods that educators use when adopting means of transport in the first age period. The empirical part also contains a plan, implementation and reflection of five activities and an observation form. These are linked to the means of transport in order to find out which means of transport the children show the most interest in and which they know best. According to the survey questionnaire and the activities carried out with children, it shows that it is important to consider means of transport with children in the first age period. In addition, it is clear that children are extremely interested in the topic and it is therefore a good springboard for further learning (traffic education). The advantage of the thesis is primarily a set of five activities related to means of transport in the first age period. Another positive thing is the theoretical treatment of traffic education, which is very important for the kindergarten, and as a third major advantage I would mention the wide range of opinions of the teachers. The work will mainly be used by pedagogues who would like to get to know the means of transport they made and learn about them with their children.
