Abstract
Predstavlja naročnika, njegove želje in zahteve.

Title:Designing a comprehensive visual identity and packaging for domestic beekeeping
Abstract:
Packaging is no longer just a means of storing and protecting goods; it has become an indispensable part of the overall consumer experience. Especially with high-quality products, such as honey, they must be packaged in attractive and high-quality packaging. Every beekeeper should consider their own graphic identity and gift packaging, as people prefer to choose special, homemade products that tell a story. This thesis aimed to create an attractive and recognizable visual identity and packaging for a beekeeper from a high-altitude farm near the Črnivec pass. The goal was to create a graphic image that supports the beekeeper's desires regarding their brand and increases the visibility of the products on the market, while also emphasizing the natural and ecological nature of their business and products. The thesis is divided into two parts. The first, theoretical part, presents gift packaging, packaging for honey and other bee products, legislation on honey packaging, the most common printing techniques, and an overview of the Slovenian and foreign beekeeping markets, with examples of companies that already have their own graphic identity and packaging. The second, experimental part of the thesis describes the materials and methods used during the design process. It introduces the client as well as their wishes and requirements. The design process is also presented, from initial ideas to final products. The result of the thesis is the graphic identity of beekeeping with designed labels and secondary packaging for honey, which differs from the existing offerings on the market.
