Abstract
V sklopu naloge smo izvedli proces energijskega modeliranja z orodjem Autodesk Revit ter na ta način prišli do končne zasnove zahtevne stavbe in vgrajenih tehničnih stavbnih sistemov. Po dinamični urni metodi je izračunana predvidena letna raba energije stavbe pri treh različnih TSS in primerjana z izračuni po mesečni metodi z uradnim orodjem PURES 3. Rezultat dela je predvidena raba energije stavbe 67 ▫$kWh/m^2$▫ na leto po urni ter 177 ▫$kWh/m^2$▫ na leto po mesečni metodi. Predstavljene so prednosti in slabosti programskega orodja Revit, ki se je izkazalo primerno zgolj za grobo oceno rabe energije stavbe.

Title:Simulation of the energy use of a complex building with the Autodesk Revit software tool
Abstract:
This thesis consists of a detailed review of energy modeling process with the use of Autodesk Revit software. In the process, a complex building was evaluated, and three variations of relevant building technical systems were proposed. Predicted yearly energy use of the building was calculated and compared using both dynamic hourly and monthly calculation method. Predicted yearly building energy use according to the hourly calculation method is 67 ▫$kWh/m^2an$▫, while monthly calculations using official calculation tool PURES 3 show the yearly building energy use of 177 ▫$kWh/m^2an$▫. Positive and negative aspects of the used calculation tools are evaluated in the thesis. Use of energy evaluation package included in Revit showed to be most appropriate for early-stage design, while it fails to provide adequate functions for further detailed mechanical analysis.
