Vzpostavitev sistema dvofazne avtentikacije na osnovi pametne kartice ter prstnega odtisa

V pričujočem diplomskem delu predstavimo rešitev dvofaktorske avtentikacije s pametno kartico in prstnim odtisom. Na začetku predstavimo različne vrste avtentikacijskih metod in opredelimo, zakaj smo se pri naši rešitvi odločili za dvofaktorsko avtentikacijo na osnovi pametne kartice in prstnega odtisa. Nato predstavimo načrt rešitve, kjer podrobno predstavimo njene funkcionalnosti in zahteve. Tukaj predstavimo še strojno opremo in opredelimo, zakaj smo pri rešitvi izbrali točno določeno vrsto bralnika pametnih kartic ter bralnika prstnih odtisov. V nadaljevanju predstavimo razvito rešitev. Tukaj je podrobneje predstavljena realizacija aplikacije ''Nadzorna plošča'' in ''Avtentikacijske aplikacije''. Na koncu je predstavljen testni scenarij naše rešitve, ki je namenjen odklepanju vrat. Opisan je tudi algoritem primerjave prstnih odtisov, ki je uporabljen v naši rešitvi in predstavljeno je testiranje ter rezultati testiranja naše rešitve.

Abstract

In this thesis, we present a two-factor authentication system based on a smart card and a fingerprint. We start by outlining the different types of authentication methods and why we chose two-factor authentication based on smart card and fingerprint for our solution. We then present the design of the solution, detailing its functionalities and requirements. Here we present the hardware and explain why we have chosen a specific type of smart card reader and fingerprint reader for our solution. Then, we present the developed solution. The implementation of the ''Dashboard'' and the ''Authentication application'' is presented in more detail here. Finally, a test scenario of our solution is presented, which is intended for door unlocking. The fingerprint matching algorithm used in our solution is also described and the testing and results of the testing of our solution are presented.
