Abstract
Magistrsko delo se ukvarja s tematiko izdelave voznih redov in kako se pridobi vlakovno pot, ter kaj se zgodi, če ob nepredvidenih gradbenih delih, ujmah ali drugih nepredvidenih dogodkih, ki lahko poškodujejo železniško infrastrukturo in onemogočijo, da bi se prevozi izvedli po že narejenem voznem redu. Kakšni so izzivi upravitelja, da na že narejenem voznem redu popravi vozni red in da omogoči, kar se da največjo možno prepustnost na odseku proge, ki zaradi takšnih in drugačnih razlogov postane iz dvotirne proge enotirna. V delu je predstavljena trenutna infrastruktura omrežja v Sloveniji, signalnovarnostne naprave na postajah, avtomatski progovni blok in pa medpostajna odvisnost. Poseben poudarek je na obravnavanju izdelave voznih redov, in sicer kateri so potrebni vhodni podatki in kakšna orodja se uporabljajo za njihovo izdelavo. Opisana je tudi metoda UIC Code 406 po kateri na železnicah izdelujejo vozne rede ter delovanje in prednosti sistema ETCS. V četrtem poglavju je poudarek na izdelavi in analizi prepustnosti proge Ljubljana-Zidani Most na odseku Zagorje-Sava ter pregledu, kako prilagoditi vozni red v situaciji, ko je promet z dveh tirov preusmerjen na enega.

Title:APPROACHES TO TIMETABLE SCHEDULING AT SLOVENSKE ŽELEZNICE D.O.O.
Abstract:
The master's thesis deals with the topic of creating timetables and how train routes are obtained, and what happens if in the event of unforeseen construction works, accidents or other unforeseen events that can damage the railway infrastructure and make it impossible for transport to be carried out according to the timetable already made ok What are the challenges of the manager to correct the timetable on the timetable that has already been made and to enable, as much as possible, the maximum throughput on the section of the track that, for one reason or another, turns from a two-track track into a single track. The work presents the current infrastructure of the network in Slovenia, signal safety devices at stations, automatic track block and inter-station dependency. Special emphasis is placed on the consideration of the creation of timetables, namely which input data are required and what tools are used for their creation. Also described is the UIC Code 406 method by which railway timetables are made, as well as the operation and advantages of the ETCS system. In the fourth chapter, the emphasis is on the construction and analysis of the capacity of the Ljubljana-Zidani Most line on the Zagorje-Sava section and an overview of how to adjust the timetable in a situation where traffic is diverted from two tracks to one.
