IDEJNA ZASNOVA DOSTOPNIH STANOVANJ V LJUBLJANI

Sčasoma vidimo v mestih vedno večjo aglomeracijo luksuznih in drugih stanovanjskih kompleksov, ki so težko dostopni socio-ekonomsko ogroženim skupinam. To je privedlo tudi do trenutne stanovanjske krize v Sloveniji, kjer je povpraševanje po stanovanjih v večjih mestih, kot je Ljubljana, zelo visoko. V tem času so bile sprejete resolucije o nacionalnem stanovanjskem programu 2015–2025 in tudi smernice o izvajanju stanovanjskih sprememb Housing 2030, ki jih je sestavila ekonomska komisija Združenih narodov. V projektni nalogi se analizira trenutno družbeno in stanovanjsko politično stanje, prav tako se osredotoča na družbeni odnos do stanovanjske sfere. To so smernice, ki so izhodiščne točke pri projektiranju finančno dostopnega stanovanjskega objekta. Projekt se izvaja v Ljubljani, ob Povšetovi ulici.

• Title: CONCEPTUAL DESIGN OF AFFORDABLE HOUSING IN LJUBLJANA

Abstract

Over time, we see an increasing agglomeration of luxury and other residential complexes in cities, which are difficult for socio-economically disadvantaged groups to access. This has also led to the current housing crisis in Slovenia, where demand for housing in major cities such as Ljubljana is very high. During this time, resolutions on the National Housing Program 2015–2025 and guidelines for implementing housing changes Housing 2030 were adopted, compiled by the United Nations Economic Commission. The project assignment analyzes the current social and housing policy situation, also focusing on societal attitudes towards the housing sphere. These are the guidelines that serve as starting points for designing financially accessible housing units. The project is being carried out in Ljubljana, on Povšetova Street.
