Odziv učencev na pogled skozi okno učilnice

Abstract
Ob umeščanju šolskih stavb v urbano okolje se upoštevajo mnogi pomembni parametri, med njimi pa ni kriterija kakovostnega pogleda skozi okno, ki – glede na ugotovitve številnih raziskav – pomembno pripomorejo k dobremu počutju, bivalnemu ugodju in učni uspešnosti otrok. Namen te študije je bil ugotoviti, kakšen je odnos učencev do pogleda skozi okna v učilnici in ali razpoznavajo različno kakovostne elemente v motivu pogleda skozi okno. Za zbiranje podatkov smo oblikovali anketni vprašalnik, ki smo ga objavili v orodju za spletno anketiranje. Odgovarjali so učenci zadnje triade štirih osnovnih šol iz različnih urbanih okolij in različnih slovenskih regij. Odgovore smo statistično analizirali, pri tem smo posebej preizkusili domneve glede odnosa učencev do pogleda skozi okno učilnice ter glede položaja sedenja v učilnici. Ugotovili smo, da so se učenci na podobne poglede skozi okno odzivali zelo podobno ne glede na lokacijo šole, razred in spol. Večina anketiranih učencev ima najraje pogled v naravo, zelo neugodno pa so ocenili poglede v pretežno urbano okolje, čeprav takšne poglede bolj tolerirajo fantje kot dekleta. Velik delež jih meni, da zelenje v prostoru pozitivno vpliva na počutje in zdravje. Večina anketiranih učencev tudi želi sedež ob oknu, ki omogoča neoviran pogled skozi okno. Skoraj dve tretjini učencev menita tudi, da ima zelenje pozitiven učinek in da pomirja.

Title:Students’ attitudes towards classroom window views
Abstract:
When locating school buildings in an urban environment, many important parameters are taken into account, but among them there is no criterion for the quality of window views, which - according to the results of many studies - contribute significantly to children’s well-being, living comfort and learning performance. The purpose of this study was to find out students’ attitudes towards window views in the classroom and whether they recognize high and low quality elements in the different motifs of window views. A questionnaire was used to collect data. Pupil from the third triad of four primary schools from different Slovenian regions were included. The answers were analysed using descriptive and probabilistic statistical methods. The students answered the survey questions very consistently. Most of the surveyed students preferred the view of nature and rated the view of the predominantly urban environment very unfavourably. A large proportion of them believe that the presence of greenery in space has a positive effect on well-being and health. Most of the students surveyed prefer a window seat that allows an unobstructed view of the outside. Almost two thirds of the students also believe that green has a positive and calming effect.
