The master's thesis addresses an experimental analysis of technical cleanliness for various types of machining processes. Since the workpieces are contaminated after machining, it's necessary to evaluate individual contaminations for different variations of process parameters. After processing, two surface cleaning methods were implemented, which were compared with an uncleaned workpiece. Measurements were conducted using a method based on emitted fluorescence from the surface. Throughout the entire process, we adhered to the standards ISO 14644-10:2022, which assesses surface cleanliness in terms
of chemical contamination, and ISO 14644-13:2022, which describes cleaning methods for achieving desired cleanliness in terms of particle and chemical contamination classifications.
