Abstract

Title:Increasing the productivity of automatic oven loading
Abstract:
The assignment deals with the automated handling process of raw oven frames during production. This process is necessary for linking of two separate suspended conveyors and thus enabling the continuous operation of the next production process. Due to the increasing demand, it is necessary to study different possibilities for increasing the productivity of the process and after then choosing the most suitable one for implemention. An overview of the current situation and list of material handling equipment was carried out. Object-oriented modeling and simulation of discrete events was used to solve the problem. Tests were performed to confirm the validity of the model. In the master's thesis, the effectiveness of the proposed concepts was checked and based on obtained results, the most suitable one was choosen.
