Abstract
Zdravo delovno okolje je okolje, v katerem se posameznik počuti varno in sprejeto, kjer prevladujejo dobri medsebojni odnosi in odprta komunikacija. Zdravo delovno okolje tako zajema več dejavnikov, in sicer fizične dejavnike delovnega okolja (svetloba, temperatura, hrup), organizacijsko kulturo in organizacijsko klimo, medsebojne odnose itd. S pomočjo pridobljenih podatkov lahko organizacija vidi, kje največkrat prihaja do težav, in prepozna način, kako takšne težave rešiti oziroma jih preprečiti.

Title:Healthy working environment in the chosen organization
Abstract:
A healthy working environment is an environment where individuals feels safe and accepted, where positive interpersonal relationships and open communication prevail. It encompasses various factors, including physical aspects of the work environment (lighting, temperature, noise), organizational culture and organizational climate, interpersonal relationship, and more. If the organization does not provide a healthy working environment, it can lead to various psychosocial risks (stress, overload, burnout). By addressing a healthy work environment, organizations can enjoy numerous benefits, such as employee commitment, satisfaction, and the presence of healthy, successful, and effective employees. In this thesis, the field of a healthy working environment (factors, risks, impact on employees) was analyzed through literature, and a survey on a healthy working environment at the Ministry of Infrastructure was conducted using survey method. Based on the results obtained from the research, it was found that employees generally agree that the organization takes care of a healthy working environment. On average, they also believe that factors such as organizational culture, interpersonal relationships, and physical factors are important for their overall satisfaction and effectiveness in the workplace. The results indicate several challenges that employees face in the organization. With the collected data, organization can identify where problems most often occur and recognize ways to address or prevent such issues.
