At graduation thesis we were dealing with wood skidding that is very hard to perform and is the most expensive phase in the process of wood production. Determining of wood skidding forms is the most important part of the process we mentioned before where we reduce the cost of wood production and at the same time difficulties of work as well. The form of wood skidding depends of many influential factors which are collected in forestry computer data bases. Krč has, in the year of 1995, developed a model of wood skidding prediction, which defines the optimal form of wood skidding for every raster cell, based of available data. The significant part of model is multicriteria evaluation method, which defines the adequacy level of the joint impact of influential factor for individual wood skidding forms. With prediction model we made a model of a map wood skidding types for GE Bistra - Borovnica. Furthermore we made comparison between model map and ground map. Based on analyses of comparison we established and showed the possibility of improvement of a modelof wood skidding prediction.
