Abstract
Kakovostni delovni odnosi predstavljajo pomemben dejavnik počutja zaposlenih na delovnem mestu, s tem pa samo učinkovitost in uspešnost organizacije. Diplomsko delo zato obravnava raziskavo o kakovosti delovnih odnosov na primeru dveh javnih zavodov; Javni zavod Šport Ljubljana in Javni zavod za kulturo, šport, turizem in mladinske dejavnosti Sevnica. V raziskavi so raziskani ključni dejavniki, ki vplivajo na kakovost delovnih odnosov, ki so najpomembnejši in na katere morajo biti organizacije pozorne za zagotavljanje dobrega delovnega okolja. Preverjeno je tudi, kako velikost organizacije vpliva na delovne odnose. V diplomskem delu sta uporabljena dva metodološka pristopa, in sicer kvantitativni pristop, kjer so zaposleni odgovarjali na anketni vprašalnik, ter kvalitativni pristop, kjer je bil z deležem zaposlenih opravljen intervju. Ugotovitve iz raziskave so, da sta delovno okolje in komunikacija ključna dejavnika pri zagotavljanju kakovostnih delovnih odnosov, da je vodenje dejavnik, ki je najbolj povezan s kakovostnimi delovnimi odnosi, in da velikost organizacije oziroma zavoda ne vpliva na samo kakovost delovnih odnosov. Prispevek je glede na področje proučevanja lahko v pomoč različnim organizacijam za izboljšanje delovne klime, zmanjšanje stresa in povečanje učinkovitosti delovanja. Organizacijam lahko pomaga pri izboljšanju odnosov na delovnem mestu in je lahko uporabljen tako v javnem kot zasebnem sektorju.

Title:Analysis of the quality of working relations in the case of two public institutions
Abstract:
Quality working relationship represent a crucial factor in the well-being of employees in the workplace, thereby influencing the efficiency and success of an organization. This thesis examines a research study on the quality of work relationships using the example of two public organizations, the Public Institute for Sport Ljubljana and the Public Institute for Culture, Sport, Tourism and Youth Activities Sevnica. The research explores key factors affecting the quality of work relationships, identifying those that are most significant and that organizations need to pay attention to in order to ensure a positive work environment. The study also investigates how the size of the organization influences work relationships. The thesis employs two methodological approaches, namely a quantitative approach where employees responded to a questionnaire, and a qualitative approach involving interviews with a selected group of employees. The findings of the research indicate that the work environment and communication are crucial factors in ensuring quality work relationships. Leadership is identified as the most closely connected factor to quality work relationships, while the size of the organization or institution does not impact the quality of work relationships. In terms of the research focus, the contribution of the study can be valuable to various organizations seeking to improve the work atmosphere, reduce stress, and enhance operational efficiency. It can assist organizations in improving workplace relationships and is applicable to both the public and private sectors.
