Abstract
Organizacijska klima in osebna učinkovitost predstavljata pomembna pojma vsake organizacije. Organizacijsko klimo ustvarjajo zaposleni v organizaciji, medtem ko osebna učinkovitost med drugim predstavlja odraz dela zaposlenih in delovnega okolja. Dobra in spodbudna organizacijska klima ter visoka osebna učinkovitost vplivata na konkurenčnost, uspešnost in učinkovitost organizacije.

Title:Analysis of the influence of organizational climate on the personal effectiveness of employees in the selected organization
Abstract:
Organizational climate and personal efficiency are important concepts of any organization. The organizational climate is created by employees in organizations, while personal efficiency is, among other things, a reflection of the work of employees and the work environment. The aim of the thesis was to determine the impact of organizational climate dimensions on the personal performance of employees at the Ministry of agriculture, forestry and food. We set out two hypotheses, the first was related to which dimensions of organizational climate affect the personal effectiveness of employees, and the second was related to gender, namely that women assess personal performance better than men. The survey was conducted using a questionnaire. The first part of the questionnaire, which represented personal effectiveness, was based on the example of Radolič’s master’s thesis (2022). The second part of the questionnaire, which related to organizational climate, was carried out with the help of the SiOK questionnaire. The linear regression analysis showed a positive impact of the dimension of relationship to quality and in the dimension of knowledge of mission, vision and goals, and a negative impact of the dimension of internal relationships. But these were not the dimensions we predicted, so we discarded the first hypothesis. The second hypothesis was confirmed, as the analysis showed that women rated personal effectiveness better than men. The survey in the selected organization serves as an insight into the situation within the organization in the field of organizational climate and personal effectiveness.
