Abstract
Večstanovanjske stavbe imajo pomembno vlogo pri porabi energije in nastajanju emisij toplogrednih plinov. Študija obravnava izziv povečanja energetske učinkovitosti v takih stavbah z vključitvijo sončnih fotovoltaičnih (PV) sistemov. Metodologija vključuje energetsko modeliranje, izračune korekcijskih faktorjev, ekonomsko analizo in oceno izvedljivosti vključitve fotovoltaičnih sistemov. Rezultati poudarjajo potencial obnove stavbe z vključitvijo sončne elektrarne, kot učinkovitega ukrepa za zmanjšanje rabe energije za ogrevanje in razsvetljavo. Vključevanje sončnih fotonapetostnih (PV) sistemov se preučuje kot trajnostna rešitev za izpolnjevanje energetskih zahtev in zmanjševanje okoljske škode. Izračunani korekcijski faktorji izboljšujejo natančnejšo oceno rabe energije. Ekonomska analiza kaže, da je vključitev fotovoltaike zaradi svoje finančne učinkovitosti izvedljiva rešitev. Rezultati kažejo na možnost znatnega prihranka energije, zmanjšanja emisij toplogrednih plinov in nižjih stroškov na položnici pri uporabi sončne energije. Raziskava predstavlja praktične perspektive lastnikom in upraviteljem stavb za povečanje energetske učinkovitosti, zmanjšanje vplivov na okolje in spodbujanje trajnostnih praks v večstanovanjskih stavbah. S tem prispeva k ciljem trajnostnega razvoja mest in blažitvi posledic podnebnih sprememb.

Title:Enhancing Energy Efficiency in Multi-Apartment Building with Solar Plant Integration
Abstract:
Multi-residental buildings play a significant role in energy consumption and the generation of greenhouse gas emissions. This study addresses the challenge of enhancing energy efficiency in such buildings by integrating solar photovoltaic (PV) systems. The methodology involves energy modelling, correction factor computations, economic analysis, and a feasibility assessment of incorporating/integrating solar PV systems.The results highlight the potential of building renovation with solar PV integration as an efficient means to lower energy consumption for heating and lighting purposes. Solar photovoltaic (PV) systems provide a sustainable means of meeting energy demands, while at the same time mitigating enviromental impact.The calculated correction factors enhance accurate energy consumption estimation. Economical analysis shows that the integration of solar PVs is a feasible solution due to its cost-effectiveness. The results highlight the potential for substantial energy savings, reduced greenhouse gas emissions, and improved financial feasibility regarding the adoption of solar photovoltaic panels. This investigation delivers practical solutions to building owners and managers of buildings for enhancing energy efficiency, reducing environmental effects and promoting sustainable practices in multi- residential premises, thereby contributing to urban sustainability and climate change mitigation.
