Abstract
Preoblikovanje pločevine je eden od najpogostejših načinov, s katerim pridemo do končnega izdelka ali polizdelka. Preizkušali smo upogibanje s kalibracijo in upogibanje s pridrževanjem ter ugotovili, kako sta ti dve upogibanji povezani. Naredili smo prototipno orodje, s katerim smo preizkušance lahko testirali. Preizkušali smo šest različnih materialov pod tremi različnimi koti in radiji upogibanja in za preizkušance ugotovili količino elastičnega izravnavanja, ki je nastalo po upogibanju. Analizirali smo, kako material, kot in radij upogibanja vplivajo na elastično izravnavanje ter za dobljene rezultate izračunali faktor elastičnega izravnavanja. Iz rezultatov smo dobili bazo podatkov, ki lahko služi za kasnejše napovedi elastičnega izravnavanja pri materialih s podobnimi mehanskimi lastnostmi.

Title:Establishment of a database of the material and bending angle influence on the springback in bottoming and wipe bending
Abstract:
Sheet metal bending is one of the most common ways to get to the finished product or semi-finished product. We tested bottoming and wipe bending to find out how these two bendings are related. We had to make a prototype tool where subjects could be tested. We tested six different materials, at three different bend angles and radius of bending and determined the amount of springback that occurred after the bending process. We anelyzed the influence of the material, angle and radius of bending on the springback and calculated the loading factor. From the obtained results, we made a database that can be used for later predictions of springback in material with similar mechanical properties.
